            Aston Villa have a lead over Tottenham in the battle for the final spot in the Champions League, though Tottenham do have a game in hand. Brighton, however, will be looking to string together some wins at this point in the season to secure a top half finish.

            Roberto De Zerbi has Solly March, Evan Ferguson, Jack Hinshelwood, Pervis Estupinan and Kaoru Mitoma out for the rest of the season. However, Julio Enciso, Billy Gimour, James Milner and Tariq Lamptey can return this weekend.

            Unai Emery has Boubacar Kamara, Emiliano Buendia, Tyrone Mings, Nicolo Zaniolo and Jacob Ramsey out for the rest of the season. However, Douglas Luiz and Alex Moreno can return this weekend.

            Back in the Premier League, Villa picked up a big win over Arsenal. In the last ten minutes both Leon Bailey and Watkins found the back of the net to give Aston Villa the 2 - 0 win over The Gunners.

            The second leg of the Europa Conference League Quarter Finals saw Villa in France. Yusuf Yazici and Benjamin Andre gave Lille the 2 - 0 lead entering the last 20 minutes but a late goal from Matty Cash sent the tie to extra time and then penalties. Misses from Andre and Nabil Bentaleb gave Villa the 4 - 3 shootout win.

            Villa went behind again, with Dominic Solanke opening the scoring for Bournemouth with his penalty. However, goals from Morgan Rogers, Moussa Diaby and Bailey gave Villa the 3 - 1 win.

            An own goal from Marc Cucurella gave Villa the lead in the fourth minute and Rogers doubled the lead before halftime. Noni Madueke and Conor Gallagher pulled Chelsea level with ten minutes to go. Axel Disasi had his last minute winner disallowed as the game finished 2 - 2.
            Aston Villa also host Olympiacos in the first leg of the Europa Conference League Semi Final on Thursday.
